These terms govern your use of the Azona website at azonahq.com (the “Site”). Azona (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI automation agency based in Montréal, Québec. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this site is for
The Site is an informational and marketing site. It describes the automation services we offer and lets you book a demo call. Using the Site does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us. Any engagement to deliver services is governed by a separate written agreement we sign with you.
Booking a demo
Our demo scheduling is provided through an embedded Cal.com calendar. When you book, you are also subject to Cal.com’s terms for that booking. We use the details you submit only to schedule and prepare for the call. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.
Estimates and illustrative content
The Site includes example conversations, an ROI calculator, and figures based on industry averages. These are illustrative and for general information only. They are estimates, not guarantees of any particular result. Your actual results depend on your business and how the systems are set up.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of the Site belong to Azona, except for third-party marks shown with permission or under fair use. You may not copy or reuse the Site’s content for your own commercial purposes without our written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site - for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Azona is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
