Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Azona (“Azona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI automation agency based in Montréal, Québec. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to handle personal information in line with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (often called Law 25) and Canada’s federal PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
What we collect
We keep data collection minimal. Specifically:
- Booking information. When you book a demo, our scheduling page is an embedded Cal.com calendar. The name, email address, meeting time, and any notes you enter are submitted to and stored by Cal.com on our behalf, and used to schedule and prepare for the call. Cal.com’s own privacy practices apply to that data.
- Email contact. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include.
- Contact and ROI forms. If you send us a message through the contact form or ask for your ROI estimate by email, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, message, and the calculator inputs). They go to our own automation system and inbox, are used only to respond to you, and are never sold.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across sites. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use the information above to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run demo calls, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us operate (for example, Cal.com for scheduling and our email provider), or where required by law.
Where it is stored
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. Where that is the case, the information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We only work with providers that offer a reasonable level of protection for the information entrusted to them.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not legally required to keep it, we will.
Your rights
Under Law 25 and PIPEDA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make any of these requests, email us at nanthan@azonahq.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Person responsible for privacy
Law 25 requires us to name a person responsible for the protection of personal information. For Azona, that is Nanthan, reachable at nanthan@azonahq.com. You may direct any privacy question or complaint to that address.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
